As a Patient Access Representative, your responsibility is to deliver an exceptional experience to patients, families and visitors, from the moment they enter to the time they return home. You will assist them with everything from insurance eligibility and payments to self-screening competition and scheduling services. This role is a great steppingstone for others within Customer Service and various departments within Cleveland Clinic.
