GROUP HOME-RESIDENCE COUNSELOR

Step into a meaningful career with the Cumberland County Guidance Center as a Full-Time Residence Counselor at our group home(s) in Vineland, NJ. If you bring at least four years of group home experience, this is your chance to put your expertise to work in a role that truly matters. This onsite position allows you to support residents in building independence, emotional strength, and daily living skills. The role offers $16.00 per hour, plus a 10% differential for the Midnight–8 AM shift to recognize your commitment.

As a Residence Counselor, you'll play a hands‑on role in creating a safe, structured, and encouraging environment for residents. Your daily work will include:
