Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Clinical Specialist – PACT, you'll be an integral part of a community-based, recovery-oriented team:
- →Conduct psychosocial assessments for individuals enrolled in PACT services
- →Provide individual and group counseling using evidence-based practices
- →Serve as a core member of the PACT team, contributing to daily team meetings and treatment planning
- →Deliver case management and/or specialized clinical services based on client needs
- →Participate in medication delivery and coordination, collaborating with medical staff
- →Provide education and support to families and natural support systems
- →Connect clients with community resources and support services
- →Assist individuals in building skills for greater independence and stability
- →Participate in on-call rotation and flexible scheduling as needed

- LSW or LAC clinical license (New Jersey)
- Master's degree (MA/MSW) in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years post-bachelor's experience providing mental health services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness
- Knowledge of community resources and service systems
- Valid NJ driver's license with a clean 5-year driving record
Nice to Have

- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
This role involves active, community-based work. Candidates should be able to:
- Maintain mobility throughout the workday, including community visits
- Lift and carry up to 15 pounds as needed
- Demonstrate visual and auditory acuity for computer use and accurate documentation
- Use fine motor skills for writing, documentation, and communication
- Maintain work endurance for full shifts; schedules may vary, and overtime may be required
