Cumberland County Guidance Center is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Specialist to join our Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team in Bridgeton, NJ.

Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Specialist on the PACT Team, you'll provide community-based clinical services for individuals living with severe and persistent mental illness.

Key responsibilities include:

→Conducting psychosocial assessments
→Providing individual and group counseling
→Developing and implementing treatment plans
→Delivering case management and clinical interventions
→Coordinating care with psychiatrists, nurses, and community providers
→Supporting medication coordination and treatment adherence
→Connecting clients with housing, benefits, and community resources
→Assisting individuals in developing independent living skills

Requirements

New Jersey LSW or LAC License
Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
Minimum two years of post-bachelor's mental health experience
Experience working with severe and persistent mental illness
Knowledge of community resources and service systems
Valid New Jersey driver's license with acceptable driving history

LCSW or LPC License
Bilingual English/Spanish
Crisis intervention experience
PACT or ACT program experience
