Press Operator

Hourly rate is from $22.00 TO $28.00 and negotiable depending on experience.

A 15% shift differential will be paid in addition to the hourly rate.

Pre-employment background and drug testing required.

• →Sets up and operates press to print pressure sensitive labels.
• →Read and interprets work order and job specifications.
• →Verifies proper material, ink, tooling, plates and press settings and ensures compliance to color standards prior to production.  
• →Minimizes downtime and reduces waste through proper set up and operation of press. 
• →Maintains good housekeeping, follows GMPs and follows safe operating procedures. 
• →Troubleshoots and corrects production problems.
• →Coordinates press changeovers and may assist in training as needed.

• Good mechanical skills and mathematical aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret technical data.
• Basic experience with hand tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be able to bend, reach, climb, push, pull and stand for long periods.
• Must be punctual, self-motivated and able to work independently. 
• Must be open to work overtime as needed. 

• High School Diploma preferred
• Recent work experience as a Press Operator (Required)
