CCL Clinical Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to support our contract label generation and clinical labeling operations. This position is responsible for performing inspections, verifying label accuracy, ensuring compliance with cGMP requirements, and supporting day-to-day quality assurance activities.
The Quality Assurance Inspector plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy, quality, and integrity of customer labeling projects and ensuring adherence to company procedures and regulatory standards.
Requirements

- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately proofread printed materials and documentation.
- Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
- Working knowledge of cGMP regulations and quality-related SOPs preferred.
- Basic math, grammar, and documentation review skills.
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and precision.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Perform area clearances for all operational phases related to Contract Labeling Services.
- →Verify generated labels against customer specifications and approved documentation.
- →Conduct 100% inspection of computer-generated labels to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- →Accurately document and account for rejected labels and prepare replacement label documentation as required.
- →Review and verify production documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- →Enforce cGMP requirements and ensure full compliance with company SOPs.
- →Identify and report quality concerns, discrepancies, or deviations to management.
- →Assist with additional quality and operational tasks as needed to support business objectives.
Successful candidates will receive:
- cGMP training.
- Company SOP training.
- On-the-job training specific to clinical labeling operations and quality inspection activities.
