Senior Executive, Immigration & Global Mobility

We are seeking a Senior Executive to join our Immigration and Global Mobility Practice, supporting high‑net‑worth individuals and families with immigration and relocation matters to Malta. This role is suited to an experienced professional who can manage client relationships with a high degree of independence, coordinate matters across practice groups, and contribute to the continued development of our private client services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional immigration assistance to private clients, including HNWIs, relocating to Malta
• Manage and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships, ensuring a high standard of service delivery
• Coordinate clients’ related legal and tax queries with other practice groups within the firm
• Liaise with local immigration authorities and relevant public entities on behalf of clients
• Support client risk management and ensure accurate and compliant file administration
• Maintain up‑to‑date records on the firm’s CRM or practice management systems
• Contribute to the review and improvement of services and internal processes in response to business needs

Skills & Experience

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience working with foreign or international clients
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a client‑focused approach
• Ability to work collaboratively within a professional, team‑oriented environment
• Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook and CRM or practice management systems
