Custodian

• →Perform routine cleaning duties across all community facilities and offices
• →Pick up trash in and around the community grounds and parking lots
• →Maintain clean, well-stocked, and sanitary bathrooms
• →Clean interior and exterior windows regularly
• →Facilitate a wide array of janitorial duties as directed
• →Assign and communicate daily service areas to janitorial team members
• →Train new associates and review procedures with current associates as needed
• →Communicate cleaning supply needs and inventory updates to the supervisor
• →Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company standards for safety and quality

• 1–2 years of janitorial or custodial experience preferred, ideally in a commercial, residential, or community setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and excellent organizational skills
• Professional and respectful demeanor when interacting with residents and staff
• Ability to complete minor repair tasks when necessary
• Reliable, with strong time management and communication skills
• Flexibility to work after-hours and weekends as scheduled
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
