Location: Santa Fe, New Mexico
A growing cabinetry manufacturer is seeking a motivated Sales Leader to expand its footprint in the Single-Family, multi-family, or dealer market across the Greater Phoenix area. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who understands the cabinetry business, is a strong leader, and has sold to either Multi-Family, Singlefamily, or Dealer/Distributors.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing a team to expand and pursue new accounts, strengthening existing partnerships, and driving revenue growth within the different sales channels.
Responsibilities

Lead and grow a sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

Build and expand relationships with developers, general contractors, builders, and project stakeholders, dealers, and distributors.

Leverage existing industry relationships to open doors with key accounts and decision-makers.

Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and relationship development to closing deals.

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic account management.

Serve as a trusted resource for clients by providing expert product knowledge and exceptional service throughout the sales process.
Requirements

Proven sales experience in Cabinetry, specifically Multi, Single, or Dealer/Distributor channels.

Established relationships within the Arizona construction and development market.

Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close deals.

Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Self-driven and comfortable operating in a performance-based sales environment as well as ability to manage a metrics based business.
