CEG Solutions is a leading national Energy Service Company (ESCO) that specializes in delivering transformative sustainability and infrastructure projects. Originating as a general contractor, we leverage deep construction expertise and rigorous data analysis to provide turnkey, design-build energy and water efficiency solutions at no upfront cost to our clients.

With over $1 billion in projects awarded or in development, we partner with federal, state, and local governments, as well as healthcare and education sectors, to modernize complex facilities. Following our recent 2025 merger with Iconergy, we continue to expand our mission to improve the built environment through innovation, technical excellence, and guaranteed results.

Our team is dedicated to improving the way in which the built environment uses energy and believes that our work will play a role in solving some of the greatest challenges facing society today. CEG has cracked the code on establishing a high-caliber technical approach that is also customer centric with a collaborative team culture. We have helped our customer partners secure awards on all but two of our projects and 95% of our customers have implemented multiple phases with us.

We feel that if our customers win, our team wins, and the entire organization wins. If you are ready to take your career to the next level and want to be part of a winning, growth-minded culture then we would love to talk to you.

As a Higher Education Business Development Executive within our growing team, you will have the opportunity to lead and cultivate new business opportunities with public and private sector higher education clients as we leverage our customer-centric and innovative brand nationally. • Serve as direct client interface on all projects, leading customer meetings/presentations and negotiating contracts on behalf of the organization.
  • Develop relationships with and identify the technical needs of potential partners across all organizational levels, ranging from government executives to building engineering staff.
  • Coordinate internal engineering resources to evaluate sales recommendations, managing site audits, cost-savings calculations, and return-on-investment analyses.
  • Represent CEG and identify emerging energy sector trends at industry conferences, trade shows, and other networking events.
  • Articulate the benefits of infrastructure modernization and/or energy related approaches to drive critical savings and optimization across a customer organization.
  • Use of a disciplined sales and market development process that relies heavily on financial drivers.
