ExecutiveChief Executive Officer
At Cellbyte, we're building an AI-native platform to help pharma companies launch new drugs worldwide. Cellbyte empowers pharma commercial teams to cut through complexity, analyze previously fragmented data in seconds, and automate high-stakes workflows.

In just a few months, we've gone from early pilots to being trusted by global pharma leaders, closing enterprise deals, and scaling profitably with double-digit month-over-month growth. We build fast and iterate closely with customers to make something people want.

You'll be joining a fast-growing startup at the exciting intersection of AI and Life Sciences. We're backed by top-tier investors like Y Combinator and Frontline to fuel our next phase of global expansion. Life is too short not to build something truly impactful, so join us on our mission to accelerate access to life-saving medicines.

About the Role

~2 min read
In short: You build and scale Cellbyte's pharma partnerships and AI-native services engine, acting as a trusted advisor, a builder of an AI-native services capability, and a founding stakeholder shaping our commercial strategy.
This is not a typical "sales" role. Within your first 12 to 18 months, you'll deliver multiple high-impact client projects end-to-end, originate millions in revenue, build a high-performing team, and help position Cellbyte as a leading AI-enabled partner in market access.
Especially in the early phase, you'll run projects personally and hands-on - scoping, analyzing, and producing client-ready deliverables yourself, without a junior team to lean on. You build the team to scale delivery later; first you prove the model with your own hands.
Your key responsibilities:
  • Leverage your network to originate and close high-value, project-based engagements, building long-term, trust-based relationships with senior pharma stakeholders.
  • Act as the face of Cellbyte in client interactions and become a trusted name among pharma decision makers.
  • Lead and shape project-based engagements across market access, pricing, and launch strategy, delivering high-impact insights using Cellbyte's AI platform.
  • Establish a repeatable model for winning and delivering RFPs, building a strong, weighted pipeline as you go.
  • Initially deliver engagements end-to-end yourself; as volume grows, build and mentor a team of top-tier Project managers, overseeing delivery while keeping the quality bar high, and create a structure that combines AI-native delivery with expert judgment - increasing the share of work the platform does over time.
  • Translate client needs into product direction, working closely with the founders and product team on roadmap, positioning, and Cellbyte's long-term role in the pharma commercial ecosystem.

  • You have senior experience in pharma consulting or a commercial pharma function (e.g. market access, pricing, launch excellence).
  • You have a strong network across European pharma, with access to key decision makers, and a proven track record of originating and delivering high-value projects.
  • You're genuinely excited about AI and believe the future of services is AI-native - you want to use the platform to outperform traditional advisories, not replicate them.
  • You have experience leading teams and scaling consulting units, and exposure to AI, data-driven decision-making.
  • You carry high credibility and trust with clients. You're someone people rely on.
  • You hold a high quality bar: everything you ship is client-ready, and you give and receive direct, honest feedback.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset: you build and execute - as comfortable producing the analysis and deliverable yourself as you are originating the deal.
  • You're hungry, high-energy, and resilient. You thrive at startup speed and want ownership, not a playbook handed to you.
  • You can personally take a client project from scoping to final deliverable without junior or Project Manager support - and you're energized by doing the work yourself, not just directing it.
  • Bonus: a background from a top-tier consultancy, experience working across EU markets (US exposure is a plus)
  • Based in Munich - or open to relocating - is preferred, but not a dealbreaker: if you’re elsewhere in Europe and ready to be with the team on-site regularly, we’d still like to hear from you.

  • A small, talent-dense team working in person in Munich.
  • An opportunity to tackle meaningful, complex problems alongside ambitious teammates who challenge and support each other to grow.
  • A fast-moving, high-ownership environment where excellence, creativity, and resourcefulness are the standard - not the exception.
  • Firsthand experience in building and scaling a startup - perfect for anyone who wants to become a founder down the line.
  • A competitive salary plus equity compensation, along with perks like Urban Sports Club, Bike-Leasing, and more.
  • A cozy office, centrally located in Munich.
