• →Experience: Previous internship, campus involvement, or project-based experience in communications, public relations, human resources, marketing, or related fields.
• →Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related field; must be enrolled full-time and entering junior or senior year
• →Strong writing, editing, and content development skills
• →Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• →Experience collaborating across teams and engaging with diverse stakeholders
• →Familiarity with internal communications tools, content management systems, or newsletter platforms
• →Interest in employee engagement, internal communications strategy, and corporate storytelling
• →Interest in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise) and their application in communications workflows
• →Knowledge of or interest in the food & beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
• →Ability to work on-site in Boca Raton, FL for 20+ hours per week [we offer flexible schedules around your class schedule]
• →Must be 18 years of age or older

• →Support intranet and internal newsletter content creation, including research, drafting, editing, and basic design
• →Partner with HR, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to identify stories and develop engaging internal communications content
• →Research and recommend improvements to communications workflows, including content intake, distribution, and performance tracking
• →Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance content creation, efficiency, and internal communications processes
• →Analyze internal communications engagement metrics and provide recommendations to improve performance and reach
• →Assist with employee recognition programs and related communication initiatives
• →Support broader Communications team projects, including public relations (PR) and investor relations (IR), as needed
• →Contribute to ongoing process improvements aligned with organizational growth and evolving business priorities
