Medical Assistant

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
Pay: $19–$24/hour DOE

We are a growing specialty medical practice looking for a dependable, patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both clinical and administrative responsibilities and wants to be part of a supportive, team-oriented environment.

We are looking for someone who is organized, positive, and eager to learn. Depending on experience, there may also be an opportunity to grow into a Lead Medical Assistant role.

This position combines hands-on patient care with front office support to help keep clinic operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with providers and staff to create a welcoming and efficient experience for patients while supporting both clinical and administrative workflows.

• →Assist providers in the clinical setting
• →Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
• →Obtain and document patient medical histories and vital signs
• →Triage patient calls and concerns
• →Schedule appointments and manage patient communication
• →Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations
• →Patient registration and upfront collections
• →Maintain accurate patient records and data entry in EMR systems
• →Support front and back office operations as needed

• Medical Assistant experience preferred
• Medical Assisting Certification required
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable supporting both clinical and administrative duties
