Commercial Loan Officer III

The Commercial Loan Officer III extends credit within the policies and guidelines set forth in the loan policy. The Commercial Loan Officer III ensures that all loan decisions, actions, and recommendations are based on an accurate and thorough understanding of each customer's financial needs and conditions, and comply with all laws, regulations, and bank policy. The Commercial Loan Officer III must properly administer the credit worthiness, and documentation of all loans and/or borrowing relationships originated or assigned to the officer.  This role is responsible for maintaining current credit files and proper note and collateral security documents. Ideal candidate has commercial lending and commercial construction experience is a plus.
