Centauri Health Solutions | 100% Remote | Training and Equipment Provided    What if your job was more than a job? What if it was a daily mission to bring clarity, compassion, and critical financial relief to those who need it most?    At Centauri Health Solutions, we don’t just process applications; we serve as a lifeline. For many Medicaid members, a single phone call with our team can mean potentially receiving additional monthly cash benefits.  We are looking for compassionate and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Bilingual Disability Specialists. If you find deep satisfaction in solving complex problems and advocating for others, your mission starts here.    Your Daily Mission (What You’ll Do)  You will be a dedicated advocate for our members, the voice of support, and a trusted guide navigating through the Social Security disability process.  Member Champion: Serve as the main point of contact for health plan members, maintaining regular communication, answering questions, and clarifying complex information.  Agency Liaison: Manage positive, professional relationships with medical providers, the Social Security offices, and other government agencies to keep applications on track.  Application Process Mastery: Gather, verify, and submit all necessary signed forms, medical records, and eligibility data, ensuring a complete and accurate application. This role requires patience, resilience, and the ability to remain positive and professional during challenging conversations. Proactive Case Management: Thoughtfully manage accounts, anticipating requirements, and taking all appropriate actions to secure disability benefits until every method is exhausted. Not every member will be ready to engage. Building trust, overcoming hesitation, and helping members understand available services are important parts of the role.  Regulatory Standards: Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and company information security policies to ensure the safety and confidentiality of all data.  Database Navigation: Concurrently manage multiple software systems and databases to track member progress and documentation.  The Ideal Advocate (Who You Are)  Experience: 2+ years in customer service. Experience in social services, case management, disability/claims processing, using contact center software or working with government agencies is a strong plus.  Empathetic Communicator: You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to clearly influence and de-escalate situations when needed. This role requires patience, resilience, and the ability to remain positive and professional during challenging conversations. You are fluent in English and Spanish, possessing the ability to speak, read, and write both languages with ease. Meticulously Detail-Oriented: You understand that when helping someone with their benefits, every detail matters. You are goal-driven and willing to learn.  Tech-Savvy: You are highly proficient with Microsoft Suite and can navigate multiple platforms and screens smoothly while maintaining a warm conversation.   Resilient Multitasker: You can manage your time appropriately, juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and thrive as part of a team.   The Reality of the Role (Transparency Matters)  To thrive in this position, you should enjoy a structured, performance-driven environment.   High-Volume Engagement: This is a phone-based role. You will spend 90% of your day managing inbound and outbound calls while staying on top of your case management tasks. This role includes a significant amount of outbound calling. Associates spend much of their day reaching out to members who may not be expecting the call and may initially be hesitant to participate. Complex Casework: You will manage applications from beginning to end, requiring long-term, detailed follow-up and persistence.  Training and support are provided, but associates should expect a learning curve as they become comfortable with programs, systems, workflows, and member scenarios. Goal-Oriented: You will be expected to manage your accounts effectively and meet goals related to securing eligibility for your clients. Success in this role requires balancing quality member interactions with productivity and performance expectations.  Bonus: You will be eligible to receive bonus payments for exceptional performance.
