Regional Sales Account Manager (Flat Roofing)

CentiMark Ltd. is looking for experienced Regional Sales Account Manager (Flat Roofing) to join our team in London, Ontario.

Job Summary:

• Identify & prospect clients in commercial, industrial and manufacturing sectors
• Maintain CRM records, tracked leads, and updated client communications
• Actively participated in meetings and calls and following up on actionable items
• Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations
• Possess customer centric qualities and develop new accounts
• Strive to meet and exceed all sales targets

• Commercial roofing experience preferred - TPO, EPDM, Built-Up Roof Systems
• Assist with preparing client presentations and sales proposals
• Be a self-starter and have good time management skills
• Ability to understand and communicate knowledge of roof products and systems
• Must show positive work ethic and a strong ability to self-motivate
• Experienced in making business to business development calls
• Must possess the ability to work both within a team environment as well as individually.
• Past sales or marketing experience is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must be well organized with solid time management skills
• Strong communication & writing skills
• Good Relationship Building skills
• Excellent Follow-up skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Authorized to work in Canada
