The Manager, Supply Chain & Procurement oversees key aspects of Centr's supply chain operations, with a focus on third-party logistics (3PL) management, purchasing, inventory planning, and vendor relationships. This role ensures products are sourced and purchased efficiently, inventory is available to meet business demand, and fulfillment operations run accurately, reliably, and cost-effectively across DTC/e-commerce and B2B channels.

Working cross-functionally with internal teams, suppliers, and 3PL partners, this individual will manage purchasing activities, monitor inventory levels, optimize supply chain costs, and drive operational improvements. The ideal candidate combines hands-on procurement experience with a strong understanding of 3PL operations, inventory management, and the systems and processes needed to support a growing global business.

• Manage purchasing activities, including purchase order creation, order tracking, supplier communication, and delivery coordination.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to support product availability, quality, competitive pricing, and reliable lead times.
• Evaluate supplier pricing, negotiate costs and terms where appropriate, and identify opportunities to improve purchasing efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor purchase orders from placement through delivery, proactively addressing delays, discrepancies, and supply constraints.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align purchasing decisions with sales forecasts, inventory needs, and business priorities.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier information, and purchase order documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, reduce costs, and strengthen supplier performance.

• Manage the day-to-day relationship with Centr's third-party logistics provider(s), serving as the primary point of contact for operational and fulfillment issues.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processes to ensure 3PL partners meet Centr's service and operational standards.
• Partner with 3PL providers to maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution.
• Monitor inbound shipments and coordinate with suppliers and 3PL partners to ensure timely and accurate receipt of inventory.
• Track inventory across warehouse locations and coordinate replenishment activities to maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Evaluate 3PL capabilities, service levels, and costs to ensure fulfillment operations support current business needs and future growth.

• Monitor inventory levels, sales trends, open purchase orders, and supplier lead times to support inventory planning and replenishment decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to anticipate demand, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess or slow-moving inventory.
• Coordinate inbound freight and delivery schedules between suppliers, carriers, and warehouse partners.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, delayed shipments, and supply chain bottlenecks.
• Support inventory forecasting and purchasing plans to balance product availability, working capital, and storage costs.
• Maintain visibility into inventory movement from supplier through warehouse receipt and final customer fulfillment.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators for suppliers and 3PL partners, including on-time delivery, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, fulfillment speed, and cost.
• Review vendor and 3PL performance regularly, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective action plans as needed.
• Track purchasing, freight, warehousing, and fulfillment costs to identify opportunities for savings and operational efficiencies.
• Build and maintain reporting in Excel or Google Sheets to monitor purchasing activity, inventory performance, supplier reliability, and 3PL results.
• Maintain clear communication with suppliers and logistics partners to resolve issues and ensure accountability against agreed-upon expectations.

• Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and fulfillment data across relevant business systems.
• Work with internal teams and technology partners to support integrations and workflows across ERP, Shopify, Amazon, EDI, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and improve processes for purchase order management, inventory reconciliation, supplier coordination, and 3PL operations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve reporting accuracy, reduce manual processes, and increase supply chain visibility.
• Provide regular updates on purchasing activity, inventory risks, vendor performance, and supply chain costs.

• Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to align purchasing and inventory decisions with business objectives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to support new product launches, promotional periods, and changes in demand.
• Manage and prioritize day-to-day operational activities, ensuring purchasing and fulfillment processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Lead or support team members involved in purchasing, inventory, and warehouse-facing operations, as applicable.
• Contribute to supply chain planning and process improvements that support Centr's continued growth.

• 5-10 years proven experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain management, or a related operational role.
• Direct experience managing relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and warehouse partners.
• Strong understanding of purchasing processes, including purchase orders, supplier management, lead times, delivery tracking, and cost evaluation.
• Experience managing inventory levels, replenishment, inventory reconciliation, and stock availability.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and inventory control.
• Experience supporting DTC/e-commerce and/or B2B operations.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor supplier and 3PL performance, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate purchasing costs, inventory trends, supplier performance, and operational metrics.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, EDI, or similar e-commerce and order management platforms is a plus.
• Experience coordinating inbound freight, parcel shipping, and/or LTL/FTL shipments is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work cross-functionally, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, growing business environment.
• People management experience is a plus.
