Responsibilities

  • →Successfully develops and manages competitive benefits, retirement, wellness, and recognition programs that support employee attraction, engagement, and retention.
  • →Leads annual open enrollment, year-end benefits administration, plan renewals, and regulatory reporting with accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
  • →Maintains effective relationships with brokers and vendors, ensuring high service levels, cost management, and continuous program improvement.
  • →Provides meaningful benefits analytics, reporting, and strategic recommendations that support organizational objectives and employee experience.
  • →Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing employee benefit and retirement programs.
  • →Consistently exhibits and displays the company’s values of “Own It. Can Do. Act in Love.”

Education & Experience:     

Minimum Required:

  • →Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • →7+ years of progressive experience in employee benefits administration and total rewards, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • →Strong knowledge of employee benefit programs, retirement plans, and related compliance requirements.
  • →Experience managing open enrollment, vendor relationships, benefits compliance, and year-end benefit administration.
  • →Proven project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • →Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Resources

Preferred:

  • →Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • →Professional certifications such as CEBS, CBP, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR.
  • →Experience in a multi-location or multi-business-unit organization.
  • →Experience overseeing retirement plans, wellness programs, and employee recognition initiatives.


Physical Demands & Work Environment:

Work is performed in an office environment. This role will routinely utilize standard office equipment to perform the core functions listed in this job description. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies as well as communicate verbally and electronically. The work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive reading to perform the core functions listed in this job description. The noise level in the work environment at job sites can be loud and in a non-temperature-controlled environment.

Travel:

50% travel per year.
