The Configuration Specialist II independently owns moderately complex configuration work, from technical setup and testing to provisioning and data entry. Using sound judgment when requirements are not fully defined, this role works with minimal oversight and coordinates directly with Implementation Managers and customer stakeholders to drive successful project delivery.

1–3 years of experience in a technical configuration, implementation, or SaaS operations role.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple configuration tasks concurrently with strong attention to detail.

Comfortable working cross-functionally with Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams, including direct client-facing coordination.

Track record of resolving moderately complex configuration issues with limited guidance.

Base Salary Range

$65,000—$85,000 USD
