Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Architect and maintain Azure IaaS workloads (VMs, VNets, NSGs, Backup)
- →Manage hybrid identity (Azure AD / Entra ID, AAD Connect, Conditional Access)
- →Lead migrations from on-prem to cloud (Hyper-V/VMware to Azure)
- →Automate using PowerShell, Terraform, or ARM templates
- →Collaborate with internal and client teams in shared responsibility models
- →Ensure documentation, compliance, and service delivery standards
- 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience; 3+ years in an MSP/co-managed role
- Strong hands-on Azure IaaS knowledge and hybrid cloud understanding
- PowerShell scripting required; Terraform or similar preferred
- Windows Server, AD, VMware or Hyper-V familiarity
- Clear communication and comfort working across teams and clients
- Preferred: AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-800/801, or similar Microsoft certifications
