You are never alone: There is always a Nurse and a Home Health Aide working concurrently on every shift.
Teamwork: You’ll have a partner to assist with transfers, ADLs, and ensuring the highest level of safety and fall prevention.

Responsibilities

→Tracheostomy Care: Frequent suctioning and scheduled trach changes.
→Respiratory Support: Utilization of a cough assist machine.
→ADLs & Safety: Assisting with basic daily living activities and maintaining strict fall prevention protocols.
→Supervision: Providing consistent monitoring in a clean, pet-free home.
