The Treasury Management and Deposit Solutions Manager is responsible for the strategy, development, implementation, and enhancement of treasury management and deposit products and services for business banking members. This role serves as the liaison between business banking, treasury management, digital, operations, and technology teams to ensure solutions meet member needs, drive deposit and revenue growth, and support operational efficiency.

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, and/or additional related work experience.
  • Must have five years of experience in Treasury Management, Cash Management, Commercial Banking, or Product Management.
  • Must have strong knowledge of ACH, wire transfers, positive pay, remote deposit capture, fraud mitigation, cash positioning, and liquidity management solutions.
  • Must have experience working with digital banking platforms and technology delivery teams.
  • Must have the ability to develop a strategic vision and deliver a compelling vision for treasury management products and services.
  • Strong project management and teamwork skills with a proven ability to complete assignments and projects on time.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong coordination at all levels of the organization, utilizing outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.
  • Must be able to effectively articulate (both written and verbal) product concepts and requirements with members, staff, vendors, federal examiners, and auditors.
  • Must have the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and proven project management abilities.
  • Must be able to effectively access and interpret computer screens, documents, and reports.
  • Must be able to operate general office equipment.
  • Must be able to present information and concepts to groups of various sizes effectively.  
  • Must report to work regularly and on time.
  • Must be able to work the hours necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
  • Must be able to travel in and out of state.
  • Must present a professional image.
  • Must be bondable
  • Must be proficient in using Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Word and Excel.
