Senior Quality Assurance Tech

Are you passionate about precision, problem-solving, and continuous improvement? Centro Inc. is looking for a Senior Quality Technician / CMM Programmer to join our Quality team. In this role, you'll work alongside Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customers to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards while playing a key role in new product launches and process improvements.

• →Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
• →Perform dimensional inspections on production and prototype parts
• →Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications
• →Develop and maintain inspection plans and measurement documentation
• →Support new product launches and PPAP/ISIR activities
• →Analyze inspection data and communicate findings to Engineering and Production
• →Calibrate inspection equipment and maintain measurement systems
• →Investigate quality concerns and assist with corrective actions
• →Train and mentor Quality Technicians on quality tools and best practices
• →Partner with Engineering to improve manufacturing processes and product quality

• Experience operating and programming CMM equipment
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
• Manufacturing or quality assurance experience
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with quality tools, SPC, Microsoft Office, and inspection equipment
• The ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy

• 3–5+ years of Quality or Manufacturing experience
• CMM programming experience
• ASQ Certification (CQI, CQT, or similar) or willingness to obtain
• Experience supporting new product development, PPAPs, and customer quality requirements
