At Centro, we manufacture products that support many of the world's leading brands and industries. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative & Production Scheduler who enjoys solving problems, building customer relationships, and coordinating operations to ensure products are delivered on time and meet customer expectations.
This position plays a critical role in balancing customer needs, production capacity, material availability, and business priorities. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers while helping create and maintain production schedules that support safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Serve as the primary customer contact regarding orders, delivery schedules, product changes, and customer inquiries.
- →Build strong customer relationships through timely, professional communication.
- →Develop and maintain production schedules to support customer demand and operational efficiency.
- →Coordinate with manufacturing, materials, and business unit leaders regarding schedule changes and production priorities.
- →Monitor future production requirements and support capacity planning efforts.
- →Generate reports related to production schedules, customer activity, and production performance.
- →Support continuous improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
~1 min read- Associate degree in Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant business experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing production scheduling, customer service, inventory management, supply chain operations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer relationship skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Communications, or related field.
- APICS/ASCM certification.
- Experience with ERP or MRP systems.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Manufacturing scheduling experience in a production environment.
