We are seeking a Business Process Support (BPS) team member to provide leadership and support within our manufacturing operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring production processes run smoothly, quality standards are maintained, and associates have the support they need to succeed. 

Responsibilities

  • →Support daily manufacturing operations across multiple work centers.
  • →Help ensure production goals, quality standards, and customer requirements are met.
  • →Provide guidance, training, coaching, and support to manufacturing associates.
  • →Monitor and enforce safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • →Assign work and coordinate activities to keep production flowing efficiently.
  • →Assist with problem-solving, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • →Maintain effective communication between teams and departments.
  • →Support adherence to Centro's quality system and manufacturing processes. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred; leadership experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and support team members.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
