Responsibilities

→Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production machinery
→Produce, inspect, trim, assemble, and finish molded plastic products to high degree of quality
→Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete production tasks
→Perform quality inspections
→Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
→Follow Safety Standards
→Collaborate with teammates to meet production schedules and customer expectations

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, move materials, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and safety requirements
Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Mechanical aptitude, manufacturing experience or working with equipment and tools is a plus-but not required!
