We are looking for an experienced, self-sufficient recruiting professional who is passionate about finding great talent and helping our Associates succeed.

This position will focus primarily on recruiting and talent acquisition for our manufacturing operations while also supporting onboarding, training, and development initiatives for our Associates. The ideal candidate understands both recruiting and manufacturing and can confidently identify, attract, and engage high-quality candidates in a competitive labor market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for direct manufacturing, supporting, and corporate positions
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs, selection criteria, and workforce planning opportunities
  • Analyze labor market trends and recommend recruiting strategies
  • Represent Centro at job fairs, community events, school partnerships, and recruiting initiatives
  • Support onboarding, training coordination, and new hire development programs
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts

Requirements

  • Strong recruiting and candidate sourcing experience.
  • Excellent interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HR and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to build credibility with Candidates, Leaders, and Associates at all levels
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, skilled trades, or industrial roles
  • Knowledge of recruiting metrics, employment trends, and labor market analysis
  • Experience supporting onboarding, training, or employee development programs
  • Familiarity with workforce planning and talent pipeline development
