Machine Adjuster

Cenveo is hiring immediately Experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters to set up, tune, and maintain high speed envelope manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality. Pay & Schedule * Starting at $26/hr + applicable shift premium (2nd & 3rd shifts) * 2nd shift premium $1.25/hr / 3pm -- 11pm * 3rd shift premium $1.50/hr / 11pm -- 7am * Training is typically on 1st shift (7am -- 3pm); may vary by availability * Schedule: Mon - Fri / Sat required during busy season/based on business needs. * Shift availability is subject to change What You'll Do * Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines * Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs * Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime * Inspect product quality and minimize waste * Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement * Install paper, glue systems, tooling, other requirements safely What You Need * 7+ years envelope machine adjusting experience * Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills * Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances * Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliable Physical Requirements * Standing, bending, climbing, lifting up to 55 lbs * Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue * Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipment CENVEO IS AN EEO EMPLOYERPlease refer to above details.
