We are hiring experienced Wrapper (Shipping & Warehouse) on 2nd shift for our Smyrna, GA location (3pm -- 11pm).
The Wrapper is responsible for preparing finished goods for shipment and supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves safely operating material handling equipment, loading and unloading trucks, wrapping and staging pallets, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring products are shipped on time. The ideal candidate has experience in shipping and receiving, can work efficiently in a production environment, and is committed to safety, quality, and teamwork.
Responsibilities

- →Prepare, wrap, label, and stage finished goods for shipment according to customer and company requirements.
- →Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- →Pull, stock, and organize inventory while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- →Complete shipping documentation and utilize handheld scanners to track shipments and materials.
- →Receive, move, and transport raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
- →Perform general warehouse and material handling duties using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- →Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety policies and procedures.
- →Support production and shipping operations by performing additional duties as needed.
- →Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- →Perform other duties as assigned.

- Hourly Pay Range: $18- 20/hr (based on experience) +$0.85/hr 2nd shift premium
- Schedule: Monday -- Friday; Saturdays required during peak production/business needs
- Training is typically on 1st shift: 7am -- 3pm; may vary by availability
Requirements
~1 min read- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material handling experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to operate and become certified on forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Basic computer, communication, and math skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and adherence to safety standards.
- Regularly lift, move, push, and pull materials weighing up to 55 pounds.
- Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, industrial materials, and elevated noise levels.
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions.
- Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, reaching, and carrying throughout the shift.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Required to wear appropriate PPE, including hearing protection and safety footwear.
