At Cepheo, we are looking for a motivated and curious Junior People Consultant to join our People Team. This is an exciting opportunity to put your HR knowledge into practice while gaining exposure to both operational and strategic HR activities in the Nordics and Poland. You will become part of a collaborative and ambitious People Team that works closely with leaders and employees across the organization. From supporting daily HR operations to contributing to strategic projects, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact while developing your professional skills.

Please note that this is a temporary, hourly-paid position as a one-year parental leave cover. There may be an opportunity for an extension depending on business needs and performance.

Cepheo

Cepheo is a fast-growing Nordic Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultancy on an ambitious growth journey, with plans to double in size over the coming years. As part of our People Team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to that journey while gaining valuable hands-on HR experience across the company.

At Cepheo, we empower businesses to adapt and succeed in a changing world. With offices across the Nordics and Poland, and decades of experience implementing and developing industry-specific solutions built on the Microsoft platform, we help our customers use technology and data to make better decisions and optimize their daily operations.

Your role

As our new Junior People Consultant, you will support a broad range of HR activities and gain valuable insight into how People & Culture contributes to business success in a growing Nordic organization. For this role, you can work from either our Copenhagen or Oslo office and you'll have colleagues from the People Team in both locations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting day-to-day HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, and ad hoc People-related tasks across the business in close collaboration with your team consisting of three People Business Partners, one Talent Acquisition Manager and our People Director.

  • Taking ownership of the coordination and execution of activities related to our Graduate Program for 2027, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for graduates and stakeholders.

  • Supporting recruitment activities such as candidate coordination and employer branding initiatives.

  • Assisting with the planning and execution of annual People processes such as performance management, engagement surveys, talent initiatives, and development activities.

  • Managing people data, reporting, and analysis, while driving your own projects and coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders.

Who are you?

We imagine that you:

  • Are currently pursuing a Master's degree within Human Resource Management, Business Administration and HRM, Organizational Development, Psychology, communication, labour law or a related field

  • Are on your 1st or 2nd year on your Master’s Degree (or have graduated this year and are eager to join us on a part time basis)

  • Are interested in both operational and strategic HR

  • Have a structured and detail-oriented approach to your work

  • Have an interest in driving efficiency and continuous improvement in HR processes and ways of working

  • Take initiative and enjoy working independently

  • Speak and write English fluently; proficiency in a Scandinavian language is a requirement

What we offer

At Cepheo, you will gain practical HR experience in a Nordic organization where trust, collaboration, and professional growth are at the center of everything we do.

We offer:

  • Hands-on experience across a wide range of HR disciplines

  • The opportunity to work on both operational and strategic HR topics

  • Exposure to Nordic HR processes and collaboration across countries

  • Responsibility for your own projects and initiatives

  • A supportive and experienced People Team with weekly team meetings, and close collaboration

  • Flexible working hours to accommodate your studies

  • A collaborative culture focused on development, teamwork, and continuous learning
