Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Maintain and organize Soldier medical records
- →Upload, track, and validate medical documentation
- →Enter and update data in MEDCHART, MEDPROS, and related systems
- →Ensure records are complete and audit-ready
- →Support monthly reporting and case tracking
- →Coordinate document flow with providers and case managers
- →Ensure compliance with Army medical record regulations
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience in medical records, health admin, or HIM
- Knowledge of HIPAA and records handling
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience with military medical systems
- RHIT/RHIA or similar certification
