Trader

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the fast-paced financial markets environment and wants to work directly with trading, investment products, and financial advisors.
The Trader supports the execution of mutual fund, equity, option, and fixed-income trades for both managed and retail brokerage accounts. The individual works closely with financial advisors, assists with account rebalancing and portfolio management activities, and serves as a subject matter expert on investment products and trading processes.

Key Responsibilities
•    Execute trades accurately across various account types.
•    Support managed accounts and portfolio rebalancing activities.
•    Assist advisors with investment product and trading inquiries.
•    Monitor trading reports, margin activities, and account management tasks.
•    Improve trading processes and participate in special projects.
•    Provide exceptional service to advisors and internal stakeholders.

What Makes Someone Successful?
•    Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
•    Experience in trading, portfolio administration, or wealth management operations.
•    Active Series 7 & Series 63 licenses (or ability to obtain them within 90 days).
•    Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
•    Ability to explain complex investment concepts to advisors and clients.
•    Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities.
