General Dentist/ Oral Health Provider Integrated Care

This job exists to provide high quality dental care that is culturally appropriate and prevention focused. Serves as a leader on the dental team contributing to the smooth, efficient, operation of the team, the Site and the Organization. This role includes providing general dentistry at our Thornton or Lafayette clinics for at least 16 hours per week (0.4 FTE), with the remaining 24 hours per week (0.6 FTE) dedicated to serving as an Oral Health Provider on our integrated health PODs, delivering preventive dental care.
