• This position provides flexible support to warehouse operations, with responsibility for operating a route truck as needed, to complete deliveries. On non-driving days, this role supports warehouse functions including tire mounting, cycle counts, and shipping/receiving. The Warehouse Driver & Support helps relieve workload pressures on current staff, improve efficiency, and support safe, timely, and accurate operations.

• →Safely and efficiently operate a route truck for deliveries as needed
• →Assist in warehouse and shop operations when not driving, including but not limited to:
• →
  • →Tire mounting and shop support.
  • →Conducting cycle counts and ensuring inventory accuracy.
  • →Supporting shipping and receiving activities.
• →Provide backup coverage for city route truck operations as needed.
• →Adhere to all company safety standards, policies, and DOT regulations.
• →Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in warehouse, delivery, or shop operations preferred.
• Ability to mount tires or willingness to be trained.
• Computer skills preferred (Inventory Software; Microsoft Office).

• Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit.
• Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.
• Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy tires and equipment as part of warehouse and delivery responsibilities.
