The International Potato Center (CIP) is seeking a National Consultant to lead a Most Significant Change (MSC) Study under the CGIAR Food Frontiers and Security Science Program. The consultant will design and facilitate the MSC process for the Vendor Business School (VBS) in Quezon City, documenting the program's outcomes and impacts through stakeholder engagement, qualitative analysis, and knowledge product development. The assignment will generate evidence to support future scaling and policy engagement. Key Responsibilities Design and implement the MSC methodology. Facilitate MSC workshops with project stakeholders. Organize and analyze qualitative data collected during the study. Develop Most Significant Change Stories. Prepare and finalize an MSC publication and knowledge product. Deliverables: Draft proposal for the implementation of the Most Significant Change (MSC) study. Organization and facilitation of MSC workshops. Consolidation and organization of workshop data. Writing and documentation of Most Significant Change (MSC) stories. Preparation and publication of the MSC knowledge product. Requirements Bachelor degree in Journalism, Development Communication, or a related field (Master is an advantage). At least 5 years of professional experience in communications or related fields. Demonstrated experience in science communication, qualitative research, and the Most Significant Change (MSC) methodology. Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, research, analytical, and English writing skills. Experience working with CGIAR or other international research organizations is an advantage.
