🔧 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

No two days are the same—you’ll be out in the field solving problems and helping customers feel safe in their homes:

🔹 Troubleshoot & repair residential electrical systems

🔹 Install panels, lighting, outlets, wiring & more

🔹 Diagnose issues and present solutions to homeowners

🔹 Handle service calls with professionalism and efficiency

🔹 Mentor and support apprentice electricians

🔹 Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and equipment

🔹 Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service

 

👊 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

 

✔ 3+ years of residential electrical experience

✔ Valid Virginia driver’s license (clean driving record preferred)

✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

✔ Great communication & customer service mindset

✔ Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

✔ Comfortable working independently in the field
