What We Offer

✓Administration of document review databases (e.g., Relativity and Eclipse)

✓Conducting legal research via LexisNexis/Westlaw

✓Draft litigation documents to include briefs, memos, & pleadings

✓Support multiple attorneys with calendaring

✓Summarizing reports and other legal documents

✓Must be a United States Citizen, eligible to receive a Public Trust security clearance.

✓3–5+ years of progressive experience in litigation support or as a paralegal in a fast-paced legal environment.

✓Advanced knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and the end-to-end litigation lifecycle.

✓Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard legal research tools (e.g., LexisNexis,Westlaw) and litigation support software.

✓Proven ability to analyze complex datasets, manage voluminous case files, and maintain rigorousorganizational standards

✓Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with attorneys, investigators, and courtpersonnel.

✓A Bachelor’s degree or Certified Paralegal (CP) credential is preferred.
