We’re hiring a Client Service Specialist (CSS) to be the operational powerhouse of our client service team. You’ll partner directly with our Client Service Associates (CSAs) and Lead Planners to deliver five-star service to our clients.
Best of all? This isn’t just a job—it’s our primary training ground. You’ll master our systems, custodians, and standards from the inside out through a dedicated advancement rotation designed to fast-track you into a future CSA role.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day 🛠️
As the operational engine of our pod, you will:
  • Keep the Engine Running: Prepare, quality-check, and track new account paperwork, transfers, and service requests (address updates, RMD setups, distributions).
  • Solve Puzzles: Promptly track down and fix "not-in-good-order" (NIGO) paperwork before it causes delays.
  • Delight Clients: Be the warm, responsive first contact for routine client questions and keep them updated every step of the way.
  • Master Scheduling & Prep: Coordinate review meetings, build meeting packets, and handle post-meeting follow-ups.
  • Keep Systems Clean: Keep our CRM (HubSpot) tidy, accurate, and aligned with compliance standards.
