Responsibilities

As a Professional Housing Consultant, you will:

Guide customers through the home-buying process from initial consultation to closing.

Sell manufactured, modular, and tiny homes along with financing solutions.
→
Build relationships with prospective customers and identify their housing needs.
→
Generate new business through referrals, networking, and social media marketing.
→
Promote homes and communities through digital marketing and community outreach.
→
Educate customers on financing options and assist with the loan application process.
→
Coordinate with office staff, lenders, and management to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
→
Maintain product knowledge on homes, floor plans, financing programs, and lenders.
→
Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.

Requirements

We're looking for individuals who are:

Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused
Competitive and motivated by performance-based income
Comfortable building relationships and closing sales
Professional with strong communication skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable using social media for business development
Organized with strong follow-up skills
Available to work Saturdays (closed Sundays)

Sales experience is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and succeed.
