Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

• →Responsible for leading a team of skilled workers to meet production schedules.
• →Collaborates with the production manager to develop and execute production activities in a safe working environment.
• →Follows quality controls and procedures to ensure that raw material and finished goods comply with product specifications.
• →Maintains a safe and clean working environment and promptly addresses any safety concerns.
• →Prepares and maintains production reports, including performance metrics, production output, and quality data, and provides regular updates to management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related subject or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment with 4+ years of experience in a supervisory role is necessary.
• Acts independently under general direction.

• Works in heated, ventilated shop.
• Has continuous exposure to heat and noise.
• Protective gloves, and sleeves are required for sustained periods. Also, safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel toe footwear are required constantly.
• Role is deemed safety-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.
