• →Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for newly admitted clients
• →Provide outpatient therapy for individuals with substance use disorders
• →Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans and recovery goals
• →Provide individual and group therapy based on clinical needs
• →Deliver crisis assessment, intervention, and stabilization services as necessary
• →Apply evidence-based practices to support clients with mental health conditions and related challenges
• →Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries)
• →Collaborate with internal teams, external providers, and client support systems
• →Maintain compliance with licensure requirements and ongoing training standards

• Education: Master’s degree in a clinical discipline (e.g., Counseling, Clinical Social Work, Psychology)
• Licensure: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (preferred)
• MUST HAVE:
  • Strong knowledge of mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities, and therapeutic interventions
  • Experience working in substance use treatment settings, with an understanding of addiction, recovery principles, and evidence-based interventions.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Clearances: 
  • Pennsylvania Act 33 & 34 Clearances
  • FBI Fingerprinting Clearance
  • Verification of no exclusions from Medicaid/Medicare
