Prevention Specialist

• →Deliver evidence-based prevention curricula in school and virtual settings
• →Facilitate engaging classroom lessons and discussions with students
• →Conduct one-time presentations for students, faculty, and school staff
• →Provide mentorship through one-on-one and small group sessions
• →Build positive relationships with students, educators, and community partners
• →Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all direct services for data collection and reporting purposes
• →Collaborate with team members to support program goals and continuous improvement

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with youth in educational or community settings preferred
• Ability to facilitate groups and engage diverse audiences
• Commitment to promoting healthy behaviors and prevention education
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation to travel between sites
• Ability to manage documentation and reporting requirements tied to program funding
