Recovery Specialist: Full-Time

• Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM with rotating weekends 

• →Guide residents through daily living skills — self-care, budgeting, and medication education
• →Provide supportive, recovery-oriented counseling grounded in best practices
• →Help maintain a safe, welcoming home through light housekeeping and meal prep
• →Drive residents to appointments and activities using a program van
• →Administer medications in line with DPW standards
• →Respond calmly and confidently in crisis moments
• →Keep accurate documentation and billable service records
• →Advocate for residents and model healthy communication and conflict resolution
• →Partner with your program coordinator and team to support each resident's individual goals

• Associate's degree with 1 year of human services experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience
• Strong communicator who thrives both independently and on a team
• A compassionate, flexible, recovery-oriented mindset
• Comfort managing a small caseload (4–5 residents)
• Valid driver's license and willingness to transport residents
