We’re hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) cases across North Carolina—where you care for one client at a time (yes, ONE!)

Responsibilities

→Providing 1:1 hands-on care in a home setting and in the community
→Helping with daily living tasks, personal care, and comfort
→Being a calm, dependable presence (the kind families remember forever)
→Following care plans without being micromanaged
→Empower clients by teaching and reinforcing life-changing skills.
→Be a trusted partner in helping individuals achieve greater independence and a brighter future.

Position Requirements:

→High School Diploma, GED, or College Transcript/Degree
→Current CPR certification (no online classes)
→TB skin test (within the last 12 months)
→Proof of Auto Insurance
→A heart for making a difference and a commitment to compassionate care

DSP Pay Rate (per hour)

$15—$16 USD
