Position Summary: The Youth Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program utilizes a multidisciplinary approach to serve children between the ages of 10-21 years old with mental health needs. This youth focused and family driven approach empowers children/youth to thrive at home, in school, and within their communities.

The Licensed Mental Health Professional will provide treatments to the child and their family/caregivers to address the clinical needs of the child and the complex needs of the family unit. The mental health professionals will individualize treatment interventions to the child/family and use evidence-based practices to address identified clinical and family system needs to help improve the well-being of the youth and strengthen family dynamics.

Responsibilities:

You will lead services for clients and families, including: Child and Family-Centered Assessments and Service Plans
Non-traditional individual and family therapy in the home/community
Skill Development
Stabilization Support for Youth and Families
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field required.
Limited Permit, LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, or similar required

Experience:

Driver's License and ability to maintain insurance throughout employment required
