Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinic FT

• →None

• →Assists in planning, implementation, and evaluation of overall nursing care to our patients.
• →Administer medications, assists with procedures, complete patient history and disability forms, DME requests and prior authorizations.
• →Assists with procurement and storage of clinical supplies, medications, and vaccines.
• →Uses Telephone Triage Protocols for Nurses as a guide for clinical advice and defers to the provider when answers are unclear.
• →Assists with recognizing the needs and concerns of people within their cultural framework, and maintains constructive relationships in dealing with them.
• →Understands CHC’s relationship with the community and maintains a positive image and relationships.
• →Attends and participates in in-service education for staff, quality assurance program, and risk-management programs.
• →Each employee of Christ Health Center is vital to providing overall quality care to our patients and may be included in the patient care team and daily huddle when deemed necessary by the Core Care Team.
• →Performs other duties as assigned.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Requires effective interpersonal skills.
• Requires analytical skills, attention to detail, effective organization skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to self-direct with minimal supervision.
• Requires the ability to work in a multi-cultural setting (Bi-Lingual in Spanish is preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Graduate of an accredited program for registered nurses.
• Current RN license.
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Experience in the primary care setting is preferred
