To strengthen our Engineering team in Tilburg, we are looking for a Process Engineer who is passionate about manufacturing excellence, continuous improvement, and solving complex technical challenges.   What You Will Do As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, validating, and sustaining manufacturing and repair processes. You will work closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to improve performance, enhance product quality, and support daily production activities.   Your responsibilities will include: Owning and improving manufacturing and repair processes from concept through implementation. Developing and maintaining technical documentation, process specifications, work instructions, and validation reports. Supporting production by investigating process deviations, non-conformances, and equipment-related issues. Leading root cause analyses and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Driving process capability improvements through data analysis, SPC, and process validation activities. Identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance. Supporting automation, digitalization, and equipment implementation projects. Participating in new product introduction (NPI) and industrialization activities. Supporting CAPEX projects, equipment commissioning, and supplier collaboration.   What You Bring We are looking for a hands-on engineer who combines technical expertise with a structured and analytical approach.       Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Experience in process engineering, manufacturing, industrialization, or production environments. Strong problem-solving skills and experience with technical documentation. Knowledge of process capability studies, SPC, PFMEA, control plans, root cause analysis, and change management. Strong communication skills in English. Dutch is considered an advantage.   Preferred Experience Aerospace, MRO, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments. Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Statistical tools such as Minitab and Design of Experiments (DOE). Automation, robotics, PLC/OT integration, MES systems, and data acquisition. CAPEX projects, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and validation activities.
