What We Offer
~1 min readAs an entry-level Group-Home Staff, you support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live their best lives as independently as possible. Your support is needed in many areas of daily living including:
✓Participating in fun activities
✓Budgeting
✓Meal preparation
✓Help the individuals try new things.
✓Shopping
✓Mentor the individuals to learn new skills
Requirements
~1 min read- No experience needed.
- Capable of communicating well in English both verbal and written form
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus, but we're willing to train you.
