• The successful candidate will have a B.S. or M.S. degree from an accredited institution in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related disciplines with 5+ years of industry experience or a Ph.D. with 0 – 3 years of industry experience.

• Formulation expertise in personal care cosmetics or consumer health products, including formula development and optimization.
• Experience with technology scouting, competitive benchmarking, or identifying new ingredients/formulation technologies.
• Experience working within U.S./FDA and E.U. regulatory requirements applicable to cosmetics and/or other regulated personal care and consumer health products.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $71,000– $101.100. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity.  Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
