Responsibilities

  • →Refresh and publish rolling 18-month weekly and monthly forecasts by brand and UPC.
  • →Partner with Sales, Sales Strategy, Marketing, and Supply Planning to align forecasts with customer needs, promotions, new item launches, discontinuations, and market trends.
  • →Lead Pre-S&OP and S&OP meetings, ensuring risks, assumptions, decisions, and follow-up actions are clearly documented.
  • →Track and interpret forecast accuracy metrics, identify root causes of variance, and drive continuous improvement actions.
  • →Use planning systems and reporting tools to identify forecast errors, trends, risks, and corrective actions.
  • →Communicate demand changes, supply risks, and special requests to Supply Chain Planning in a timely manner.
  • →Develop scenario plans for demand shifts, supply constraints, promotions, and new item launches.
  • →Translate customer, channel, promotional, and market insights into clear forecast assumptions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • 5+ years of demand planning or forecast analysis experience required.


  • Experience with demand planning, ERP, reporting, and data visualization tools preferred, such as Blue Yonder/JDA, SAP/APO, Power BI, Excel, or similar systems.

What We Offer

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $92.500– $131,700. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity.  Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
