About the Role

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
10+ years of progressive IT project, program, portfolio, quality assurance, compliance governance or solution delivery experience spanning multiple functional areas, including accountability for enterprise-level delivery performance
5+ years of leadership experience managing teams, consultants, vendors, or cross-functional resources
Demonstrated success working with PMO and IT QA governance, including IT systems delivery standards, portfolio reporting, resource and budget oversight, vendor management, validation oversight, quality risk, data integrity, and compliance in a regulated environment
Demonstrated experience leading an agile or product operating model transformation at enterprise scale, including the governance, funding and vendor contracting changes required to make it hold, rather than solely operating within an existing agile framework
Experience providing program management support directly to C-suite or executive-committee-sponsored initiatives, including executive-level status reporting, escalation and decision facilitation
Working familiarity with modern delivery, automation, and quality tooling, including enterprise portfolio management platforms, workflow automation, CI/CD, automated testing frameworks, automated regression management, continuous compliance evidence, analytics dashboards, and the emerging use of AI-assisted tooling in delivery, testing, and reporting
20% travel, domestic and international, as required

Advanced degree preferred
Consumer packaged goods industry experience and experience working in GxP, FDA, SOX, or other regulated environments preferred
Project, Program, Agile, Quality, or Validation certification preferred

What We Offer

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $147,300– $209,700. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity.  Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
